Our Deliverables

There is a major time element for the training on a new implementation, so you need to ensure that the training is not taken on too late, otherwise this can add to your budget:-

FOR EXAMPLE: If it is defined that you have 10 days training to deliver for you project, Ditechnology could give you 10 Trainers and deliver this all in one day. but to achieve this you would need 10 classrooms. However, you could save on your budget by just having one classroom and Ditechnology can provide 1 trainer per day for 10 days. This would not affect any payment for the trainers (either way you would be paying for 10 days worth of training), but, if the time element for the latter option was possible, you would save on the cost of 9 classrooms.

Ditechnology Deliverables include the following:

  • Course Outlinelisting aims, objectives, pre-requisites, duration and intended audience.
  • Trainers Guide trainers plan for timings, demo's and walkthrough's
  • Slides and Notescomplete training manual with course awareness details
  • Exercises and Solutionsfor hands-on experience during training
  • Data Sheetdata set up requirements for the instructor
  • Evaluation Formsfor the student to complete to monitor course effectivity.

It does not matter how successful your implementation is, if you are not successful with your training, then your new system potential could be wasted.
