Our TNA

The TNO (Training Needs Overview) Is the first overview of the training requirements. This is similar to a TNA (Training Needs Analysis) but it is quite common that the early stages of an SAP implementation brings along elements of uncertainty in many areas. Training is often underestimated, initial budget predictions are not accurate and number of days training for employees is difficult to estimate, until the processes are defined and matched to the job roles.

Ditechnology TNA Content includes the following:

  • Introduction
  • Current skill levels
  • Future skill levels
  • Training Client Strategy
  • Documentation
  • Scheduling
  • Training Material requirements
  • Design & development
  • Training Infrastructure
  • Training Delivery
  • Post Training Support
  • Evaluation
  • Communication Strategy
  • Critical Success Factors
  • Risk Assessment
  • Detailed Resourcing Plan
  • Detailed Cost Plan
  • Optional course catalogue (detailing which users should attend which courses according to job roles).

In addition, all of our clients are provided with graphical and list format reports showing the up to date status on the training plan. These reports include planned v actual, attendee and non-attendee lists, instructor and attendee evaluation reports, budget reports, area reports etc..

It does not matter how successful your implementation is, if you are not successful with your training, then your new system potential could be wasted.
