Process Mapping All training materials are designed by Ditechnology specifically for our clients. All clients are different, and even though a new SAP system can be identical between two clients, the processes in the company define the transactions and the way that the new system will be used. Client specific training materials can not be created until the processes for the company have been defined. Many people underestimate the importance of defining processes in advance of a number of decisions which have to be made during the planning phase of the implementation, and it is also quite common for the timescale to be misjudged for such a task. Ditechnology offer support with process mapping during the early stages of the project, ideally the blueprint or even earlier during the planning phase. The key to process mapping is to ensure that every process in the company is accounted for and that none are missed. Processes are mapped for every module area including all of the Logistics areas from Procurement, Manufacturing through to Sales & Distribution, also Finance, Controlling, HR and many more.
On any SAP project, it does not matter how successful your implementation is, if you are not successful with your training, then your new system potential could be wasted.
