The Training Phase

End User Training is unlike Project Team Training (PTT). PTT offers an overview of the whole module area, despite the fact that the client may not be using certain areas of the module once SAP has been implemented.

End User Training materials are developed spcifically to your needs. This material stems from the agreed, defined processes, which will become the focus of the training delivery. All processes are counted and broken down into step-by-step guides which will be taught to employees whose "job roles" will be affected, offering tailored solutions which are relevant to the attendee.

Train the Trainer Courses are offered by Ditechnology to enable you to empower your own employees with the SAP knowledge. Internal trainers are welcome on board our team, and our trainers will ensure they are taught everything they need to know to become fully competent SAP instructors. Their roles on the team will include helping to develop materials and deliver end-user-training to their own colleagues giving them the confidence, through knowledge, to continue the training process once our own trainers have left the project.

The Training Plan is put together in the early stages of the project. This plan is monitored throughout. End User Training will be delivered throughout the implementation to key people at different stages of the project and post Go-Live.

It does not matter how successful your implementation is, if you are not successful with your training, then your new system potential could be wasted.
